Great Food By David Harrison Photography

Shawnee Hills has several great little restaurants - and one of my favorites is Shanghai Lily. My Dad was in the restaurant business for over thirty years, and I always enjoyed going behind the scenes and watching the cooks. So I asked Shanghai Lily owner RIcky if I could come back to the kitchen and take pictures of his chef Mike in action. It was really cool to watch him prepare my dinner in about 3 minutes - I was having Ginger Chicken - which is always great - you should also try Spicy Triple Delight, Minced Chicken in Lettuce Wraps, and Peppercorn Calamari. Shanghai Lily's also been a great place for me to meet with clients on occasion.
